Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the treatment time to enjoy the fullest extent. Late arrival may mean a reduction in your treatment time.

Advanced Booking:

We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure your preferred time and service is available.  Availability not guaranteed for Group bookings.

Cancellation Policy:

4 hours advance notice is required for reschedule or cancel a treatment, subject to availability.A cancellation fee of 50% will be implied within 4 hours. In case of “No show” appointment, 100% of treatment price will be charged.

Health Condition:

Please notify to Let’Spa beauty consultants in advance should the customer is pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart problem or any other illness.

Loss or Damages:

Let’Spa is not responsible for customer’s belongings.  Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit.

Restrictions:

In order to provide a peaceful environment to all customers, it is advised to avoid bringing children to the spa.

Refund Policy:

• All purchased products and services are non refundable
• Let’Spa reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any dispute arising, the decision from Let’Spa Co. Ltd. shall be deemed final.
